"We had a lovely relaxing 2 nights at Hotel Kompas in Lapad. It was a nice way to break up the busyness of Old town. We relaxed by the pool and really loved the beautiful breakfast spread. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had plenty of thoughtful touches like afternoon chocolates delivered by housekeeping. The lounge area was nice with good service. We really enjoyed our stay. For two sisters traveling there wasn’t a ton for us to do in Lapad. It looked great for couples and very small and safe...

"I had a really nice time at Apartmani Ivanovic. The owner is very friendly and helpful - she picked me up from the carpark and gave lots of helpful suggestions. The views are fantastic. It's a 1 km uphill walk from the boat pier but totally worth it. Would highly recommend it."

"Perfect Stay in the Heart of Split – 10/10 Absolutely excellent location right inside Diocletian’s Palace. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they assisted with luggage and went above and beyond with any help we needed. The terrace offers a breathtaking view over the historic city, truly one of the best views in the world. We didn’t even feel the need to go to restaurants in the evening — we just grabbed a beer and enjoyed the view from the apartment terrace. Superb kitchen...
