The hotel is in a great location- easy walking distance between Bol town and Zlatni Rat beach. The hotel facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious and the whole place is spotlessly clean.
The hotel and staff were both excellent! The food was amazing, breakfast and dinner buffets will not disappoint. The short walk to the beach is a beautiful tree lined walk with food and drinks available along the way.
Really nice hotel in a great location with lots of activities for all ages. Would have given a 5-star review except, we asked for an iron at least 2 times and never got it.
Amazing hotel, very well refurbished with great facilities. Staff are lovely and the location and setting are fantastic - only let down by some fairly rude guests which the staff somehow accommodate without complaining too visibly.
Friendly staff pool and hotel was very clean. Plenty for the children to do and safety was paramount. 10 yr old and 7 yr old could move aroubd thr hotel with confidence that all was good.
We actually stayed at the Bluesun Bonaca family resort, which was very nice! Extremely friendly staff - well done to all! We loved our stay, but too short 😔. Hoping to go back!
We were very happy with our double room at Elaphusa. The room was clean, location was fantastic and the hotel service great. Only minor drawback was the noise inside the breakfast area. But overall a great stay!
This is our second year in a row at this property, it's the only property we will ever stay while visiting.
The staff is helpful and friendly. The morning breakfast has everything you can think of.
Worth every dollar here.
We'll be coming back again next year.
Family of four stayed in one superior room With balcony and sea view on 4th floor in D block. Hotel is big, very clean, service fantastic and breakfast very good. Location is Great With short walk to town and Zlatni Rat. Can recommend to anyone going to Bol for summer holidays. Did not try the Spa (very expensive).
Bluesun was a beautiful hotel steps from the famous Zlat Ratni beach on one side and the beautiful town of Bol on the other. Whenever I had a request the staff was quick to respond. The pool area was very nice and the bartenders at the pool bar were great. My only complaint was the quality of the food at dinner--it was mediocre at best.
The hotel and its location are beautiful. Unfortunately we were given a ground floor room right next to the hotel entrance which was noisy starting at 5:00am. Upon check in I had asked for our Mountain View room as booked and I was told that the only room available was also very noisy because of the AC. So my only option was one of 2 noisy rooms.
The property itself was great. The location is excellent and there are a ton of amenities, basically everything you could need, including a hair salon which was surprising.
That being said it’s pretty much a family resort, meaning there are a million unsupervised children running around screaming. The staff could have been friendlier, but Europeans tend to be rude in general lol. Aside from that my only complaints are that the AC in the room is preset to not go particularly low, and if you’re a hot sleeper and are visiting in July, that’s really annoying. And the pool closes at eight, which in my opinion is way too early for a hot summer month.
Rooms clean and comfortable. Get a balcony room if you can.
Location is perfect close to the beach and the town. Short walk to both.
Breakfast is included and good selection. Dinner is ok but would suggest eating out locally instead.
Spa is nice and massage was good, although treatment not exactly as described on the menu.
If WiFi is important to you. This hotel has it down to an art. It seamlessly keeps you connected throughout the property.
Pool area clean and towels available (Sept)
We stayed there for 8 nights. Rooms are big enough and renovated. Cleaning is quite ok. Staff was polite and kind. The breakfast and dinner buffet was including various food and many choices, but the food were mass produced not tasty at all, and not made with any enthusiasm. Although not advertised as familiy hotel, it is a familiy hotel and it was very crowded. Overall, very disappointing, we expect more. Very high price to pay for such experience.
Over all a pleasant stay with the family. Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Nice pool area and a well equipped gym.
Located just next to the beach walk gives a nice enjoyable environment when enjoying the breakfast outside or having a room with sea view.
Enjoyed a superior room with four “beds” with sea view. Would not recommend the bed sofa for an adult.
We had half board included. Food and service was good but as many others mentioned the dinner is served only for two hours (7-9pm). Families lining up before 7 o’clock most seats taken at 7:20 and popular dishes and deserts running low after 8. Management might rethink this setup during high season.
Overall a nice stay at a good resort.
