"Upon arrival, staff member was very courteous and helpful. Cabin was nice. Smelled like mould in the cupboards. Microwave didnt work. Leaks in the bathroom from the shower and under the sink. An hour of our stay was taken away as we left the cabin for breakfast and came back to find the cleaner in our cabin. Staff upon leaving did nothing to deal with us having an hour shaved off our paid time. Overall, was an ok stay. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice."

It’s clear to see that all the staff are happy in their roles and enjoy working there. Some standouts include Julie, Georgia and Peter. "The rooms were decently clean, although there was something left in the freezer, which was in a bag. Probably from the previous guest.. should’ve taken that out. But all in all was great. Staff super friendly especially Nicole, very accommodating, she checked us in. Breakfast was good but not excellent, our poached eggs were unfortunately overcooked, like boiled eggs… but staffs super nice and friendly. Service was excellent!"
