"Place was good and pool was dirty. Tv didn’t work, the reception said they will compensate but checking out the manager didn’t even offer compensation for it. Just said sorry about it. I have kids but they couldn’t watch. Bed is too small"

"Did a solo overnight stay to capture the sunset at Long Jetty and the sunrise at Crackneck Lookout and the location is well located to access both by car within 15min.
The rooms are dated, but clean. I stayed in the one bedroom loft and it had everything I needed for the night and more. Kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, washing machine and dryer, balcony, shower.
Getting the ocean view room is a must, the views are absolutely amazing.

"Not once during our 2 week stay was our room clean in the first 8 days, I had to go and request a clean also day after day going to reception to ask for toilet paper and it seemed like it was an issue yet they never came to the room to top it up or give us fresh towels, 8 days with no bed change either, very poor service and the reception staff are very dry and do not want to help.
