Beautiful property. Friendly staff clean hotel roo

The location of the hotel is nice. Little away from the bustle of main road. Yet very close. Nicely maintained property. Staff is very warm n friendly. Close to many important things. 7 eleven Currency exchange Indian dining options. The Christmas decorations were beautiful. Kids loved the property too.

Very good suite room. Bathrooms and the balcony were very spacious. Snacks and water refill every day was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Final day early morning checkout was handled very well with breakfast prepacked and ready. Pool and gym was very well maintained. Location was awesome with the only issue being the backside of the building smelling a little bit (overlooking from our balcony). But everything was walking distance - night market, beach, restaurants. Breakfast was awesome everyday with great variety. We loved our stay at the RAMADA and highly recommend it.

Convenient, quiet, really good value

Couldn't ask for a better, good value, clean and excellent service hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again if we go to Patong. Would recommend to anyone and they would not be disappointed. Good clean pool and surrounds. Great cocktails.

Worn mattress, I complained and they don't care. Room service every 4 days because os eco friendly. Ok for the eco friendly, but what's the point to stay in a hotel?

The location is the only thing decent about this place. Ramada should pull their name from this place. Housekeeping doesn’t exist and the rest of the staff is very unfriendly. Breakfast is like feeding time in a zoo. I will definitely not stay there again nor will I stay in another Ramada hotel.
