Excellent pool area for kids! The Buddha head swim-up bar was a highlight. Very convenient for the beach and a huge variety of restaurants close by. The rooms and breakfast were fine. Overall, brilliant stay for families.

If you're up for a poolside stay at a resort and not much else, this place is great. Great pools and slides! However, it seems to be the place where package holidays include for their accommodation option. Guests are quite rude and obnoxious, especially to staff. I wouldn't be returning to this hotel unfortunately.

My wife’s gold neckless was stolen in the room, we asked in reception if by chance has been reported as missing items, also today checking my wife discovered her jeans shorts also was missing. This is terrible, don’t advice to stay here.

The hotel was old and require lots of renovation inside rooms and the bathrooms. Outside area in particular the stairs in water slide was rusty and all the painting was worn-off. Very unpleasant when you walk up the stairs. Services were great and fast, never seen anything being left empty in breakfast buffet. Staff were very kind and helpful. The New Year dinner's ticket was sold way over priced in compare to what was offered. The music band playing the Russian songs for more than an hour was very annoying for other nationalities attending the party. It was such an unfair opportunity for everyone else regardless of the number of Russians being resident in the hotel. The management should reconsider how to select an enjoyable program for the entire guests who are staying in hotel and not to only pay attention to a specific nationality for their leisure.

Our stay was great, friendly staff and a lovely resort. Thexresort is a bit tired and needs a refresh but all still functional. The housecleaning staff sometimes forgot rmto replace consumables such as tea, coffee, milk and toilet paper. The bars and staff were great but the cocktail list needs to be rotated, after a few days they git a bit boring. The location is in the quieter end but tuk tuks are always available or everything is a nice walk away.

ウォータースライダーはとても良かったです。子供用のスライダーでもたくさん遊べますし、大人用のものも4-5歳の子供も遊べて楽しめました。 朝食会場や部屋に蟻がいるので、日本の感覚からすると衛生面が△という感じです。近くのTHAVORNにも泊まったのですが、こちらと比べると全体的にホテルのランクは落ちる印象です。

The property is exactly as advertised. It is not fancy but meets all your needs. The pool, water slides and access to the beach are all great. The surrounding area has plenty of dining, shops, 7/11 and massage. For the bigger adventure 200 baht for taxi to other end of Karon ( lot more shop, markets etc) or 400 baht to Patong.

Fun family friendly hotel

This is a great hotel with waterslides for the kids. Makes having easy days in the pool so much easier for parents. It's an easy walk to the beach. Just a few minutes away and in a great location overall. We enjoyed our stay and will come back

Much better options than this place

No plates for plates or cutlery for breakfast and poor choice, food runs out and isn’t replenishes with hours left of meal time However, the staff save the hotel, they are incredible and really do strive to make everyone happy but clearly let down but rules of management and they are always apologising for the shortcomings

Ett hotell med stort poolområde och mycket kul för barnen! Pooldelen har en stor barnpool med egen vattenrutschbana. Det finns ett lekrum som är bemannat av personal där barn kan pyssla och leka. Frukosten var inte mer än ok, hade önskat mer. Poolområdet är bra men resten av hotellet lite slitet. Runt hotellet är det inga bra gator att gå på alls speciellt om man har barnvagn.
