Virkelig fint hotel med god beliggenhed

Lækkert ophold, hjælpsomt personale. Gode senge og puder. Transport til og fra stranden og op og ned af bakken. Ligger godt centralt i byen

Wonderful hotel

Great cocktails, we had a wonderful view and the room was huge! Plus quiet! The hill was steep to the hotel however a tuk tuk was available from the hotel to go up and down.

日本語が上手なスタッフさんがいて助かりました。ナイトマーケットも近くて夜も楽しめました。ホテルの玄関に着くまでにかなりの坂があり、歩いてだとちょっとしんどいかもしれません。

Nice and quiet location, still close to everything

A really good hotel that we had only booked for 3 days but we extended and stayed day by day for 2 weeks. The staff is incredibly friendly and service-oriented. We had a nice room on the top floor with a balcony and a lovely view of the sea. Comfortable beds and a very good breakfast buffet.

I absolutely loved my time here! I extended my stay because I wanted extra time at the property and the staff was super helpful! They are all so warm and friendly, and incredibly helpful with organizing water taxis and snorkeling experiences! The location is fairly remote, being about 20 minutes from Tonsai Pier by water taxi, but if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, safe, beautiful spot, look no further this is the one. I will definitely be staying here next time I come back!

Staff were very friendly and obliging.the actual property is dropping off a bit,need to keep the maintenance and paint up to scratch !! Security is asleep down the bottom !!!

Excellent pool areas, staff very friendly, breakfast was great. Level of cleanliness not so good - servicing the room either didn’t happen or took place very late in the day so not sure if they had a staff shortage whilst we were there for the 4 days. Excellent location for both Kata and Karon beaches but the hotel is on a very steep hill and whilst there is a shuttle bus that goes up and down, I wouldn’t recommend if you have mobility issues. I think the Peach hill side of the resort looked newer and the peach blossom closer to a 3 star than a 4 star but room size was big and spacious. The taxi to our hotel just outside Phuket airport took 2 hours and that was at 3pm so factor in plenty of time or book somewhere to stay the night before for peace of mind

Disappointed, wouldn’t stay there again. Shower didn’t work properly, couldn’t regulate temperature, mould on tiles, mouldy smell in the hotel overall, in pillows as well. Breakfast options very poor & below average. Looks great in pictures, in reality tired resort in need of an upgrade. Resort build on a steep hill, not great for families with young children or prams. Not worth what we paid.

Mala atención

El personal de la recepción fue agresivo, nos trataron como si no fueramos bienvenidos. Además nos bloquearon dinero en la tarjeta por políticas del hotel, al ver ellos que la habitación estaba sin daños nos dijeron que regresarían el dinero del bloque en 15 días, ya pasaron 20 días y aún no retornan el dinero. No lo recomiendo

Ganz nettes Hotel, der schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. Aber für den Preis es ist echt ok. Nettes Personal. Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel, es sind aber nicht mal 100 Meter steil nach oben, für uns ist kein Problem gewesen Frühstück hat mir dagegen überhaupt nicht gefallen. Mäßige Auswahl, Tee grottenschlecht, Kaffe geht Grad so. Habe Frühstück nur der Kinder wegen gebucht. Würde im Nachhinein lieber draußen essen. War schwach und ungemütlich

微妙かも

空調が弱く（風は出ているが温度が下がらない）部屋が暑かった。帰国便が夜中のフライトだったので帰国2日前にホテルに空港までの送迎を予約したが、チェックアウトの時、予約されていないと言われた。フロントスタッフ間で引き継ぎがされておらず、予約を担当したスタッフに電話が繋がらない状況。時刻は深夜0時。慌ててタクシーを手配してくれようとしたが、どこも繋がらず。そうこうしているうちに15分も遅れて、予約を受けていたというタクシーが到着。なんとか空港に行くことができた。もし予約ができていなかったと思うとゾッとするし、スタッフ間での引き継ぎはきちんとしてほしい。空港送迎がホテルの車でなく、タクシーというのも予めおしえてほしかった。

Forfærdelig hotel. Hotellet er faldefærdigt og billederne er virkelig misvisende. Ja der er pool og alt hvad man ser, men de billeder er taget for lang tid siden for alt er godt nok slidt. Rengøringen og værelserne var UACCEPTABELT. Mug på væggene. Drypper med vand. Der var fundet en stor plet størknet b l o d på deres sengetøj. Støvede værelser der ikke er gjort rent. De ændrer ikke sengetøj, de har de bare vendt sengetøjet om så man ikke kan se pletterne. I vil kun blive skuffet. Lad vær med at tage derhen.

Forfærdelig hotel. Alle der arbejder der ser depressive ud. Hotellet er faldefærdigt og billederne er virkelig misvisende. Ja der er pool og alt hvad man ser, men de billeder er taget for lang tid siden for alt er godt nok slidt. Rengøringen og værelserne var UACCEPTABELT. Mug på væggene. Drypper med vand. Der var fundet en stor blodplet på deres sengetøj og vi var lige checket ind. De siger de har gjort værelser rent men der er støv over det hele. Deres brusehohede virkede heller ikke i 2 af deres værelser. Når man ønsker at de skal ændre sengetøj, så har de bare vendt sengetøjet om så man ikke kan se pletterne. IKKE tag herhen. I vil kun blive skuffet. LAD VÆR med at tage derhen. Billederne viser det (hvis ikke de har slettet eller taget dem ned :))

Smelly pillows tired resort

Hotel is in great location and you can walk to both beaches so thats a plus yes there is a steep hill but its a good work out! Now for the service they were all very polite and attentive and understood english enough to get by so it was helpful and didnt need translation. Now for the bad the resort is run down and in bad shape tiles missing everywhere on pool walls rooms were very well used and tired but still do able for price paid so not to much of a complaint there the real issue we had were with the mildew smelling pillows i think with so much humidity and ac not running and any moisture left in and pillows made for perfect area for mildew smell !! I notified front desk not sure if the believed me so i asked them to cone smell and they agreed it was bad i asked if they would sleep on them and they agreed it was bad! They did their best to accommodate but it was late and some of the pillows they brought had same problem maybe they just washed them but didn’t fully dry them not sure?? They cleaned room following day and made bo offer to compensate or change room but they did apologize. Overall ok stay if your ok with this being a tired resort but price was good so there's that.

Helt greit

Lysene går av å på midt på natten av seg selv. Sengen er hard. Vasker ikke så veldig nøye. Men veldig bra bassenger og nok solsenger. Er 4 bassenger som man kan bruke. Nærme strendene.
