"Certainly what I expected. Surroundings challenged by presence of locally unhoused population. Yet property was in remarkably good shape. Tile floors in bathrooms, security clearance in place with locked entry doors throughout. Overnight stay was disturbed by someone pounding loudly at 4am one morning. Proximity was why we chose the property and reason why we were satisfied based upon what we paid compared to other luxury accommodations in the area. "

"Room did not have room # so I had trouble finding it and up front no help at all and the carpet was dirty and a bunch of delinquents outside the rooms "

" Room was clean. Staff was great and welcomed us every time we came back to our room. Said to have a great day when leaving. Able to joke with them. The laundry room was very convenient. Didn't use the gym. Pool was alittle cool for me but the spa took it's place."

"The whole place could use a remodel. When we arrived the toilet was clogged and had to use a condom floating in it. I contacted the front desk and they said they would have somebody take care of it right away. We left for a couple of hours to go have supper and when we came back it was still there. The walls in the bathroom were filthy, and had what appeared to be a blood stain. The bathroom door could not be latched as it looked like someone had kicked the door open and when they repaired the frame, they padded over the hole where the latch would catch. The bed was comfortable for just one night, which was all we needed it for."

"The room was so noisy from frwy traffic was awake all night. Manager was rude when she was told. She said we should have got up in the middle of the nigt and packed up and moved. "

"Dirty old property water was not hot treadmills didn't work no coffee everything seem to be broken Don't stay there worst experience ever "

"Towels and bath were dirty. Breakfast was ok expected more "

"Everything was great, except the hot tub was not heated. We really enjoyed the patio in the back to drink our coffee in the morning "
