"Pool in photos doesn't exist. Photos are either old or of a different property. First lady made it feel like an inconveniance that she had to put her phone down to help us. Stating "You can use the kiosk too". The kiosk being a teleconferance with some one who knows where. First room ac didnt work at all, light leaked around the door on all sides. Switched rooms, tv didnt work properly and the room had no phone what so ever. Had to have our room rekeyed the second day because they stopped...

"Great place to stay, located very close to restaurants, historic downtown and major freeway. Breakfast was well stocked and can’t say enough good things about staff. Pool was nice & shaded, room exceptionally clean. Will recommend this location to all and already planning on next stay."

"I'd like to start by saying that, after seeing the condition the rooms were given to us, we made the decision NOT to stay there. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that both rooms were very very dirty and one room wasn't even ready. Also one of the rooms didn't have so much as any sheets or pillow and the restroom was left very dirty, nowhere near in any condition to stay there. I regret to say that our experience was so disappointing that we will more than likely never going to stay at...
