"Beds were very small to fit 4 people comfortably. They didn’t provide a cot or anything we ended up going to Walmart for an air mattress."

"The screws on the top hinge of the bathroom door in room 252 were coming out. This made it difficult to close the bathroom door. Also, the toilet is not properly secured to the floor. It rocks when you sit on it. The air conditioner is extremely loud and woke me up a few times during the night. I reported the bathroom door and toilet issues ti the front desk, and no person ever came to the address the issues. I attempted to get a late checkout, which normally they provide, but because this is their 'off-season" they could not accommodate me because their housekeeping staff were restricted from working overtime. The property was one of the participating hotels for people attending the Nike basketball session. I feel they should have planned for the additional guests."

"Don’t waste your money. Day one given wrong keycards to room. After standing outside with front desk on phone was told we were at wrong room. Tv in room didn’t work. In room dining did not work. Last day water was turned off on property w/o us k owing. We had no toilet or showers at 4 am to go to airport. I want a refund"

"Room was small , the hours don’t coordinate well with water park and check in and only had access to one pool overall for price it wasn’t worth it ."

"Beautiful pool, its blue at night. Community bbq available Ihop next door Onsite security Hot coffee in the lobby Only issue i had was the toilet ran every 10 min, woke me up my first night. I turned the water off before bed rhe rest of my stay."
