The Windsor Suites
Location is amazing and the hotel is pretty nice and old timey. But the elevators are SLOW AND BUSY. Specially for those travelling with their puppies it can be a bit of a hassle going up and down. But the pet friendlyness itself is awesome.

Great location to many wonderful Philly things. Room was very clean, in fact, whole hotel very well maintained as far as cleanliness. Polite and attentive staff. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of parking. I called in advance and was told there was self parking which I needed. ...
