"I had a rocky start with one of the staff checking me in, he blamed me for calling the wrong number, the one on google maps, to book the room and not the hotel directly because we were told we could have a room they did not have available at the time. "Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!"

"It was a nice property. Our room however was outdated. We stayed at the same hotel in Downtown Dallas a month ago and our room was more modern in Texas. You could see the water damage to the walls in the bathroom & by the bed. The wood was colored red with what appeared as permanent marker. The couch was stained severely. Otherwise the staff was phenomenal!! Very kind staff, thank you for the stay."

The locations right near a couple spots to grab food so ordering isn’t necessary with local options. Couple things we wish we knew before hand is with the standard room, you’d have to go downstairs for the microwave when pictures made it seem we had one in the room. "The night attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not accommodating to the fact that I could not be in a room that was smoking. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It had someone else’s hair in there. The couch was dirty."

"Do NOT stay at this property. The pictures are inaccurate, and the sign indicates it is a MOTEL, not a hotel. It was unsafe with people loitering in the parking lot. The employees at check in were behind glass. My daughter and I did not feel safe and had to leave to find a different hotel. Both the hotel and Expedia refused to assist, even though we did not stay, putting our safety first."
