"Horrrrrrible. Everything about this ‘hotel’ was horrible. Everything was beyond poor. The bed, cleanliness, amenities, friendliness, no water kettle which is a basic thing and they don’t even sell hot water at the front desk. Bad smell, even in the non-smoking rooms you can smell the cigarettes and joint. As if you’re a smoker yourself. OMG… I will neverrrr go back again and I would NOT recommend anybody staying at this poor and cheap hotel! The ONLY positive thing is that it is WELL located!"

"Breakfast was decent, hotel and room was clean, only negative thing was that the pool water was so chlorinated it was murky. We only stayed 1 night, 2 adults, 2 kids. Hotel was close to many restaurants and a Wawa. Ordered DoorDash from Cheesecake Factory. Check in and check out staff were very friendly. Would stay again."

"The free airport shuttle was extremely late. Waited a hour and a half when its supposed to pick up every 30 minutes. The driver was rude and the step getting out of the shuttle was broken and we almost fell. The hotel is under construction and was not notified or informed of this prior to arrival. "Expedia had this rated excellent at 8/10 - this place is very outdated and dirty. The hallway carpets are disgusting. One bed - the sheets had stains. Pillows were clumpy and lumpy. The continental breakfast was lacking. Honestly, one of worst experiences I've encountered and I'm so frustrated about the excellent rating as that's why I booked."

"everything was excellent. The only thing I was surprised about was my room wasn't straightened out while I was there. I know that I only stayed two nights and this is what many hotels are doing now but I was just surprised. Other than that I was very pleased with the breakfast and the cleanliness of the grounds and building. I have stayed there before and the service was always excellent."

"I was very pleasantly surprised that this Holiday Inn is a good as properties the cost appreciatively more. The hotel was immaculate. My room was very nice. The staff was wonderful. You could eat there and there was a bar that I think was only beer and wine. If I had business in that area again, I would definitely stay at this Holiday Inn."
