Some feedback on room hygiene since we were staying with our toddler that we expected the towels to be exchanged by new ones if we keep them on floor indicating they needed to be replaced, but it wasn’t done till we informed about it to the staff. "I had a wonderful time there. It was very peaceful, no noise, only the birds and gekkos :) The staff was really attentive with the cleaning and breakfast. You can choose from a few options when they bring it to your room. The view from my room was amazing. I had the panoramic double room. It was spacious, clean and cozy."

"This is a such exclusive and beautiful place. It’s not huge but very private. The place is well maintained and staff are very friendly. One night ordered some take away and later got cold. I’ve asked a staff to heat it up in microwave, unfortunately it’s not working. So She took it to the kitchen and heat it up in a wok. I thought it was very kind of her even though I didn’t order it from their kitchen. It is quite a bit of walk from the city centre but with Gojek or Grab, it’s never too hard....

"I came to here by myself to stay five nights. The view of the forest is amazing from the room. The coffee machine, 6-7 tea choices with a teapot, fruits, sodas etc were complimentery in the room. Breakfast and meals are also amazing at the restaurant with a live music in the evenning. I used the gym which has a really nice view. Also had a deep tissue massage at the spa which was amazing. I usually dont write reviews but this hotel deserves a good review. I really eant to thank to...

"The unit was really nice, good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had a villa unit with private small pool, highly recommend. The unit included coffee, teabags, sweeteners, milk, soda, bottles of water and electric kettle. We arrived late in the evening and the hotel had a lite sandwich for us, and on another day small canapes. Breakfast was included, wide variety, made to order, and tasty. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and enjoyed our meals. The grounds are beautiful. ...
