"The Luxe staff go out of their way to make you feel seen and valued. Top notch service all around, and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. Quiet, private, but close to spas, entertainment, shopping, etc. It is truly one like no other!!"

"Very nice place and awesome staff. I am pleased with the service the staff provided to me. They really made my time there interesting and incredibly. Will recommend this place to everyone who want to have a good experience in Ubud Bali"

"Staff gave excellent service, very clean, ideal location."

"This property was very quiet, safe, and private. "

"It was amazing Staff friendly Breakfast delicious"

"Excellent host. The breakfast was amazing. "

"This was a lovely place to stay and the hostess is so kind and caring. Whilst it is not fab luxury, it is very quaint and in the middle of Ubud. The room is minimalist and clean. There is no TV which was fine with me but my travel friend missed it. The fresh made breakfast daily was a nice homey touch. We did not spend much time in the room other than to sleep and the AC was fine so we were very happy with our stay. You can't beat the price either!"

"Great accomodation with friendly staff. Would recommend this for anyone staying in Ubud who wants to be central but feel like your out of the hustle and bustle"

"Perfect hotel!! Perfect surrounding and locality! Loved my stay here"

"The villa was very well presented and all staff on site through to the airport transport driver were amazing, friendly and helpful. There was no ask to small. The private pool and outdoor shower/bath were great. The location is in a very easy walking distance to the main area of Ubud. Minor issue with the wifi consistently dropping connection to our devices, but not enough that it ruined our stay there."

"Quiet place with kind staff. Bedroom was very clean and bed very confortable. You have all facilities you need We recommand"

"Service level of the staff was top notch. Lovely place and thank you to the 2 staff for taking such good care of us "

"Fantastic hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Spa services and attached restaurant were excellent. Only drawback is that there is NOT a gym, they have an agreement with a place around a 20 minute unpleasant walk from the hotel."

"Room was cool, outdoor pool and bathroom were a nice touch. Hot water reservoir isnt very large, good enough for two quick showers only"

"Nice clean room with ice cold AC there is a cool little chill spot in the roof with smoothies and things staff was very helpful and kind"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The food was delicious, especially breakfast, and our room was very comfortable. The pool was a great place to relax during the day. We also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the helpful staff."
