"I loved the ambiance of the rooms and the colorful lights. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I also loved the temperature control.
The staff was very helpful and courteous. There are umbrellas for rent and toiletries for purchase, if you forgot your toothbrush.
My trip was wonderful and I would definitely recommend staying."

"The property is well maintained and in a great, central location. The only mild complaints I would have, would be that the front desk staff could have been more knowable about getting around the area and the room glasses, cups, mugs were not replaced with clean ones."

"The property was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was great. If you travel to the UK or Europe in general often, the lack of AC won’t bother you as it’s standard amongst hotels; that’s my only warning to American guests. Great place to stay and big bang for your buck!"

"Clean hotel located within steps of three major train stations. Would recommend, especially if you have an early train to Scotland or France. Several pubs and restaurants within an easy walking distance, including a Pret and a Starbuck’s right across the street. About a 15 minute walk to the British Museum."

"Very disappointing experience and poor service.
We arrived at 6 pm but had to wait two hours in the lobby because the room was incorrectly prepared. We had requested three single beds for a trip with my parents, but the room had a king-size bed instead. The manager said it would take 15 minutes to fix, but we waited for two hours.
When we finally entered the room, there were only two cups for three guests. Slippers were refused because they were not included in our plan, and basic amenities...

"This is a beautiful hotel but focuses on aesthetics over functionality. As the main reason to stay somewhere is to sleep, relax and decompress, this hotel failed.
Pros:
Location was very great!
Staff was amazing, some more than others.
Hotel was very polished and pretty.
Cons:
Our main issue: Rooms are VERY WARM making it difficult to sleep: the front desk was unable to help as the air circulation system was not able to be switched from hot to cold air. It was cool outside but still hot in...
