Lo malo es que el agua no llega con la adecuada presion a la ducha en la segunda planta del hotel, lo que tomar un baño fue demasiado difícil y se demoro bastante tiempo. El area del sanitario parecia que se estaba callendo, ya que el piso estaba quebrado y al estar en segunda planta, se inclino considerablemente hacia un lado. "El lugar es muy bonito, lo malo es que se sigue teniendo problemas con lo que dice la página y lo que ofrecen, no nos dieron desayuno, la habitación no tenía agua caliente y el jacuzzi muy descuidado."

"La vegetación en la propiedad es espectacular, es como estar en el medio de la selva pero con las comodidades que se esperan de un buen hotel. Los cuartos son cómodos y super limpios, todo de color blanco. La ubicación es muy buena para explorar las playas cercanas como Punta Uva, Playa Chiquita y otras. Además el hotel tiene un beach club con restaurante, bar y una piscina adicional. El único punto no muy favorable fue que el jacuzzi al lado de la piscina estaba frio. Espero lo puedan...

"Tortuga Lodge was an amazing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly. The tours available were fun, informative, and worth it! The staff was very helpful in helping us schedule our tours. Definitely recommend. A quick note. Transportation by boat is very difficult after hours. While the staff was able to connect us with a private transfer, it took alot of communication. "

"Front desk lied to us when we tried to check in. Said they had never heard of Hotels.com nor Expedia. Said they had no rooms even though we had a confirmation and pre paid receipt from Hotels.com. I contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the hotel. Miraculously, the front desk remembered Hotels.com ! Front desk told the Hotels.com agent that the new agreement had not been signed yet...."
