Breakfast is an extra charge of about $20, but it's very convenient, inexpensive, and you don't have to look for somewhere to have breakfast in the morning. The washing machine is great to have. Never heard any noise from any other guests. Very clean with a great kitchen and nice staff. I’d definitely stay there again. "
