"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. I would highly recommend it!"

"A very nice hotel with great staff members. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with every matter we had. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was a little small, but it didn’t affect our stay. The breakfast was good and staff was excellent. One thing I would like to inform everyone about is that there are two movie channels that have American movies, which I watched overdubbed in Italian. It wasn’t until night 3 or 4 when I discovered that there was...

"Claudia, the host and owner, was very helpful and friendly. You can tell also that this property is run by woman who is very detailed and anticipating the needs of the guest."

"We had a great visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views are amazing. The grounds were well kept up and maintained. The breakfasts each morning were delicious. The rooms were made up every day. We even had the pizza one night and it was delicious. The only drawback was the 10 minute walk to the bus line and then back up afterwards. "Beautiful and large room in historic building. Staff were very helpful and very conveniently located. Loved our stay of one week."

"The staff was lovely and helpful. Rooms were unique. Located in an older building in a good part of town."

"Room was terrible, the AC didn't work and it had no windows."

The only thing that keeps it from getting 5 stars was the plumbing issue in the small bathroom with the room shower, the sewer smell outside the apartment, the beds, and the treacherous stairs leading to the Flat. The beds were just OK with inadequate pillows. My partner and I had to share a...

"We arrived quite exhausted and late after flight delays, 21 hours of traveling, and just looking forward to putting our heads down. The greeting by our host was not too welcoming nor understanding. It came off like we were inconveniencing him. I woukd agree with The window had a screen that was broken, letting the mosquitoes in. Had to choose between mosquito bites or cool air for sleeping…The breakfast was nice with made to order eggs, choice of croissant, and high point was that it was served...
