Hotel berdekatan Florence Charterhouse

"We arrived quite exhausted and late after flight delays, 21 hours of traveling, and just looking forward to putting our heads down. The greeting by our host was not too welcoming nor understanding. It came off like we were inconveniencing him. I woukd agree with The window had a screen that was broken, letting the mosquitoes in. Had to choose between mosquito bites or cool air for sleeping…The breakfast was nice with made to order eggs, choice of croissant, and high point was that it was served...

"Great location, superior tent was really nice with the en-suite and balcony. Easy check in. Staff friendly and helpful. Downsides were no designated parking space for us despite not all tents being occupied. Also bread given out at dinner were not free despite us not asking for them and at €6 a bag it was not great value. The bread was pretty hard and tasteless! Regardless I would recommend a stay here in the heart of Tuscany and within half an hour bus ride into Florence ♥️🇮🇹"

"Beautiful property with beautiful views. Rooms are large and accommodated my family of 5people comfortably. We got the apartment. Every room very clean and well kept. Staff at check in were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this property"

"Absolutely loved my stay here. Gorgeous apartment style room away from the crowds of Florence."

"I had a wonderful stay here. The location was fantastic, and the accommodations were excellent. I would highly recommend it!"

"Claudia, the host and owner, was very helpful and friendly. You can tell also that this property is run by woman who is very detailed and anticipating the needs of the guest."

" "I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.""

"nice spot bit overpriced"

"The location was fantastic, just over the river and close to a lively square lined with places to eat. The rooms were beautiful, very stylish, spacious and comfortable. The whole team were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we ever returned to Florence."
