"It is too bad that the system only gave out 5 stars. I would give rate it six stars for this stay if I can.
The room was clean. You can immediately feel the warm welcome from the staff the moment you check-in. The butler services were excellent to say the least. The only small glitch would be if the windows were with less water stain. Other than that, everything was better than perfect. Well done.

"The stay at the Londoner was the best part of our holiday. Jay, helped us at reception and she was absolutely amazing! She was so accommodating to our requirements. Every year we stay at one of the Cotai strip hotels and nothing has compared to the service and care we experienced at the Londoner Grand. The staff at the pool were absolutely amazing as well. Overall our experience went above everything we could of imagined. Thank you to the team at Londoner Grand. "

"I received a big room upgrade for free. It was out of this world. The location is excellent, the staff were excellent and the property has been maintained to a high standard. I highly recommend this hotel, it is world class and amazing value for money."

"Like Staff very responsive and gomout of their way.
Spa area no lounge chair and should have basket for used towels. Staff was saying to me that i have towels lying around when i was just about to fold the used towels but i shouldnt .. there should be a container for the used towels"
