"We liked almost everything about this property. Amazing location within walking distance of many amazing things. Literally our only complaint was out of their control: There is a nightclub below the hotel and you can hear some music late at night. Ear plugs are included for free. We would and are staying again."

"This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything we could walk to nearby attractions and to shopping easily. They need to work on their laundry room because when I had a problem, they told me that it’s run by an outside company. And they completely washed their hands of the issue told me to call a phone number. I paid for detergent and there was none in the machine and paying for washing and drying is very ambiguous and the machine seems to keep telling you to put more money...

"Family of 4, with young adult kids. Location, location, location. Was walking distance to so much, including museums and main shopping street. We loved the neighbourhood and often went for tapas in Plaza de Chueca. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities needed for short stay. Management help centre were very responsive but the last minute access code made us anxious. Plus the pre registering for every guest took some effort. We all would recommend this as a great place to stay in...

"アトーチャ駅からもソフィア女王美術館からも徒歩10分。徒歩5分以内にパン屋とスーパーが三軒ずつで結構夜遅くまで開いている。地下鉄のL3までも近い。お風呂は熱いお湯がたっぷり出るので疲れがとれてありがたかった。 15:00〜チェックインとなってたが12:00に鍵をもらいにいったら部屋の用意が出来てるとのことで早目にチェックイン出来たのは本当にありがたい。 9:00〜17:00までしか受付が空いてないので洗剤は滞在日数分まとめて貰った。包丁とまな板が無かったのだけが残念（ナイフと皿で代用）ロールスクリーンが壊れて開かなかったが、言ったその日の晩に戻ったら直っていたので対応もすごく良くお勧めの宿です。ネスプレッソのカプセルは1日分だけサービスで置いてあるので追加はスーパーで買いました。"

"Alojamiento muy limpio y tranquilo. La habitación es enorme y disponía de una pequeña cocina con nevera. Lavabo grande. A/C. A 15 min del Parque Warner Madrid. Cerca del hotel hay cafeterías y un centro comercial. Cené una noche en el restaurante del hotel y muy bien. Es fácil encontrar aparcamiento en la calle. "
