"My husband and I were looking for accommodations near Venice that would not break the bank. Camping Fusina provided us with easy on the wallet accommodations that were a seven minute walk to a water taxi that got us to Venice in 20 minutes each day. We rented a private camper "trailer", and were just a little surprised that it shared a wall with other campers. (Think townhouse trailer.) This wasn't such a big deal but it's worth noting that whenever the people next door moved around it did...

"Super nice camping spot! The advertisement is a little misleading, I wasn’t sure what I had booked until I got there. Staff was friendly and the whole campground was clean! There was also a bus stop right outside of the campground which took us to the center of Venice which was so helpful. Would recommend for a short stay outside of Venice :)"

The only drawback is we had the attic apartment which has a (locked) door leading to the apartment below and from there you can hear every single conversion of the occupants and use of the kitchen. "Location was very good. Easy to get to,from the Grand Canal water taxi. Pull out couch is not fit to sleep in,unfortunately. Very uncomfortable. Beds in the loft,were great. Only 3 chairs at the kitchen table. Front desk clerk very pleasant and helpful. Even though there was a language barrier with the housekeeper, she was very pleasant and offered assistance to us,upon our alearlu arrival.Great coffee shop/bar,around the corner from the property was very handy."

"Centrally located near everything. The unit was a 5-10 minutes walk away from all the major Venice sights. The room was clean but lots of noise from its central location. Dishe cleanliness was not the greatest but otherwise, very clean. It advertises with free wifi but there are none to be found in the unit which affected my confort rating. Lots of planning goes in those trips nowaday, requiring reliable internet connection. There's no front desk as it is located 5-10 minutes away!"

"Was a great place to stay! Super close to the water, but a bit of a walk from the water taxi. We got a view of the canal, but it was a side view. We got the room that’s separated from the main hotel, but we actually liked it better because it was more secure and the rooms were bigger.
