通常のスタンダード2ベットルームをリクエストして予約していたが、アサインされた部屋は1ベットルームで車椅子の方が使用するバスタブの無い部屋だった。エキストラベットを入れてもらったが、アクセシブルルームで気分も下がりました。バスタブが欲しくてハリウッドホテルを選んだためアクセシブルルーム以外が良かったです。

Room wasn’t very clean - there was coffee stain on the bedside table and also on the floor. It was quite dusty. Telephone doesn’t work which I had to go to the reception to get it fixed. The phone number (landline number) provided did not work. Towels were old. Location was good, AC functioning

Es gab eigentlich keine Geschäfte in der Nähe, da das Hotel ca. 15 min vom Zentrum entfernt war. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, da eher kühl hat man uns einen Heizkörper zur Verfügung gestellt. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
