"Friendly staff who go beyond the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Good spread for breakfast. No major issues for the hotel for me apart from the slow lifts. Otherwise good value for money and I would definitely stay again if I return to Pekanbaru. Great job!"

"All I remembered was that the property looked out of place in a small town. The staff were friendly and the room were luxurious for the price paid. My only criticism was there were no hanging spaces for towels etc. Should have more of similar hotel around the country. Aaaa"

"The listing states that there is an airport shuttle. A few days before our scheduled arrival, I emailed the hotel to arrange pickup. They responded with a phone number to call. We called and they instructed us to call back the day of. We called back the day of and were informed that they were unable to provide the service for me, suggesting that I take a taxi instead. When I arrived to the junior suite, I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness. The two large beds only had comforters and did not...
