No issues with it only room service order for a plate of buffalo ribs that was rubbery gamey till i couldn't chew it up that was a failure by the kitchen chef. Front desk was superb and beautiful Ayu was mesmerising and gorgeous throughout.

外からクラブミュージックが朝まで聞こえ寝れませんでした。朝方にはコーランが鳴り響きますが、コーラン以上の音量です。 また、部屋のドアも故障しており、中に入らなくなりました。すぐに対応してくれたものの事前に確認いただきたかったです。

- Sebagai hotel berbintang seharuanya tdk mengesankan fasilitas yg sdh usang, spt pintu kmr mandi yg sdh hancur, shower kmr mandi yg sdh hampir tdk berfungsi krn rusak, beberapa titik bekas terbakar rokok. - Di Lobby, hiasan natal terlalu besar jadi kesannya terlalu sumpek dan menjadi sempit krn ruangan kecil tapi aksesorelis besar jadi tdk sebanding secara estetika.

Worth the price and all you need

Good location, next to mall pekanbaru, breakfast was good. Good facilities like gym, swimming pool and restaurants. Rooms are a little bit old fashion and could be upgraded e.g ac could be more efficient. Overall worth the visit and the price was reasonable. I stayed there during end of ramada so 70% of the city was practically closed and had to rely on hotel services which lucky was wide enough

The bed and towels are stained and the hotel itself is not really well maintained, lucky I brought my own towel, also, the toilet constantly has this urine smell, the tap water is brownish as well and it usually clogs up.

かなり不満です。 １）トイレが流れず、タンクの中の水位計を度々自分で調整。さらに、汚く、匂う。 ２）WIFI遅い ３）ベッドメーク後、シーツに足あとが。 ４）ベッドでダニに数カ所さされた。 ５）湯沸しポットの周りに蟻がたくさん。 など、全体的に衛生面でかなり改善の余地があります。
