"Arrived with my teenage son for two nights.
Located in a great area very walkable to amenities and shopping. Staff were nice.
However, for a 5 Star property at this price point it was a terrible experience.
1. Power outlets all stopped working within 2 hours. Maintenance came and fixed it- one hour.
2. Same night, our AC and ventilation stopped working. Unable to open windows and the room was unbearably hot. Multiple attempts staff was able to fix it.
3. Day 2- left at 10am and asked...

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely.
The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!)

"Our apartment had the most amazing views (flat 6 at no 4 Hanover st ) and was incredibly spacious and clean. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised we would be on the top floor with no lift and have learned to perhaps check better before booking as my husband had difficulty with stairs. Fortunately the flat was so good it made up for the difficulties. Would definitely recommend a stay here."

"Staff is so helpful! They stored our baggage while we checked out for a 3 day tour to the Isle of Skye - we stayed at Premier Inn for 3 days prior, then returned for 2 more nights after the tour. Breakfast was excellent-ample buffet, but they also would cook porridge or eggs on order. Hotel has great location but is quiet."

"This a perfect hotel if you want to be in the new town and are a close walk to everything. The hotel does require you to be able to use technology to check in but each room has everything you will need.
The lounge was filled with a coffee bar and fresh pastries and place to rest.
The room just felt cozy but professional."

"Our room was not ready despite arriving an hour later and wasted additional 15 min for the staff to recheck. Room is comfortable. But bathrooms are simply horrible! Lack of transparency and no place to hang clothes inside bathroom. Wash basin outside bathroom again a bummer.
No light switch near bathroom area…not our taste"
