The hotel is located near Waverley train station just off Princes Street so very central. Some good Pubs along Rose Street especially Amber Rose. The breakfast was OK but no hot food. The room was spacious and adequate for our needs.

The room was surface clean but needs a deep clean. The location was perfect, nice size for a solo traveller and breakfast was good. It felt very secure because you needed a card to access the door from the reception and the elevators.

Location is superb. Friendly staff. Decent wifi, nice clean room. Free tea and coffee in the morning tho you have to pay for breakfasts. Easy access to local parks, pubs, shops and Waverly train station. Most places worth visiting in Edinburgh are within a 30 minute radius of the 'hub', depending how fast you can walk!

Pros:The location was great for seeing Edinburgh. The staff was super nice and helpful and the common area was great to sit and play cards. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Cons: The room was small. The water kept turning off while showering and it was difficult to not have water all over the bathroom floor. The carpeting was very stained and dingy. The room thermostat kept changing and we had to keep resetting it. We only stayed for 2 nights so it was tolerable, but I wouldn't choose it again.

Are staying at hub on Rose Street was awesome. Close to Edinburgh, castle and many, many, many more special places. The staff was unbelievably nice, helpful, and a pleasure. The room was very efficient, Shower was awesome, the bed was super comfortable… It was great.

The location was amazing! The hotel was very clean and quiet! The only thing I need to point out is the mold in the shower, which was a bit concerning, yet otherwise everything else was perfect. There were free refreshments/coffee 24/7! Would definitely come here again.

I had trouble with the check-iin kiosk, so the desk person whisked me through the process. The room is small, but clean and had everything we needed with a great bed. The location was perfect to all tourist attractions, dining and airport tram. Breakfast was buffet and had what we like. We were lucky to have a view of the castle, even if the window was only 6 inches wide. I would stay here again.
