"We stayed in the tower section which hadn’t been renovated yet. There are renovations occurring at this hotel. The rooms were clean but very rundown. I think these rooms should be discounted until they have been renovated. The hotel is in a great location near many restaurants and directly across from the shopping centre."

"Had issues with the room - the clock didn't work and had to be replaced. The toilet leaked and had to be fixed. When water was run above us it was extremely loud in the pipes and vibrated."

"Very poor hygiene. The room had a filthy, smelly carpet—after just walking around, my kids’ socks turned black. The smell was awful and didn’t go away. Staff came across as pretentious, to the point I didn’t feel comfortable even raising a complaint. Definitely not going back."
