"EXCELLENT "

"Likes: • The location is perfect—just a 4-minute walk to Achères-Ville RER station. • Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced, with plenty of spaces in two locations, including one right in front of the hotel entrance. • The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping changed the sheets and towels every day. • The cold water dispenser on my floor was a great bonus during the hot June days. • The room had a powerful air conditioner. "Great stay!"

"The staff are (mostly) warm and accommodating. Especially the woman at the front desk (I don’t know her name). We had some issues with the air conditioning, but other than that, everything was great. They got a taxi for us to the airport and it came on time and had plenty of space for our bags. Very pleasant stay."

"Great place to stay. The staff is super! Very clean rooms and the breakfast is well worth the money."

"The behaviour of staff no good at all"

"It was away from all the Paris traffic but on a Metro line"

"This place was absolutely what we needed. Rooms were very clean, staff very helpful, we don’t speak much French, they were always very friendly and switched to English to communicate. Breakfast was very good with enough variety. Close to the train station and loved the roof top patio. Would definitely stay here again."

"After having read a number of negative reviews about this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed in one of the nice renovated rooms. The hotel was in a lovely location close to the castle. The service was good and staff helpful. My only small complaint is there was no shower gel in my room nor milk for tea/coffee."

"Great location for concert events."

"We couldn't find the remote in our room and no one helped us. The hotel was clean and convenient."

"Sorry I didn’t have breakfast there but I heard it was so good ."

"Clean hotel. Smooth check in. Early check in was a blessing after a long trip. Located in a nice and safe area. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star rating is that many lights did not work and lacked decor."
