"The staff were amazing, especially considering the surprise blizzard that hit us on my daughter’s birthday. The location is great but it truly was the staff that made the stay special. Between the concierge helping us prep for the storm to the front desk staff making it easy to extend our stay, to the cleaning staff making sure we had enough supplies to last throughout the storm, I can’t thank Hyatt enough for making a stressful situation easier. Would highly recommend. "

"Check in was extremely simple, room was clean, and had everything as described. The staff was also very friendly. Location is also perfect! The Bowery subway station is literally around the corner which made our commute to and from the airport a breeze. Lots of cafes, restaurants and delis nearby, even laundromats! Awesome stay!"
