"Very clean & safe!"

"Happy with accommodations and staff. Hotel has a quiet, European feel to it. Staff was very pleasant and spoke passable English. We used translators on our phones when necessary. Food was delicious. We had several of our meals there. Our biggest disappointment was no shuttle to airport. An airport shuttle was listed on Expedia but the hotel DID NOT have a shuttle. This was a major factor in our chosing this hotel so we were quite disappointed. (This should be corrected in advertisements.) Personnel very helpful in obtaining taxis and Ubers are readily available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again."

"Our room was kept exceptionally clean. The pool and pool bar were very nice. The staff were welcoming and breakfast was an abundance. We had a great stay and conveniently located."

"Terrible experience at this hotel. We were supposed to stay here for 7 nights. I checked out after 2 nights. On our 2nd day, we left our room for an hour to go for breakfast. When we returned, our room was flooded. Water all over, our clothes, bag were wet. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, the guy very conveniently said — “oh yes, that floor has been having that issue”. Why in the world would they give out rooms on the floor that is having an active issue with water leaks without actually fixing the issue?? They did change our room, and brought our stuff for laundry. When we got our stuff back, we were missing some clothes. When we told the front desk about this, they first denied and said we should check our stuff again because they don’t have anything. When I insisted that I checked multiple times, and that it should be with the laundry people, they finally checked on their end and indeed it was with them. They returned those clothes unwashed and we had to check out with wet smelly clothes. The front desk people did not do their job well, all they were interested in was gossiping and laughing. There was an instance were there were at least 6 people waiting to get assistance, but the ladies at the front desk only cared about talking to each other and making jokes. I waited 45 minutes just to get an answer for a simple question. Overall, I am really glad that I made my booking in 2 parts and I was able to cancel the second part of my booking."

"The staff at the hotel was not accommodating at all. When advised on issues with the room, there was no response until we had to make a number of calls. The room was not cleaned properly causing us to have to call guest services repeatedly. There were delays in someone even answering the phone. The choices for breakfast were very limited and the food was cold. We will not visit this hotel again."
