The room itself was pretty clean, only complaint is that there isn’t much space for luggage or anything. Bathrooms were QUITE messy most of the time, but this is more the fault of other guests. Great location, very easy to locate. Didn’t try the provided breakfast as the common area gets quite busy. The staff were helpful when needed. The laundry situation can be quite annoying… there’s like 6 tiny washers that fit nothing, 2 large ones which the staff also use i believe, and only 2 dryers entirely. Guests can be inconsiderate leaving their things in the laundry past the time it’s finished.

Location: Excellent. It offers super easy access to public transportation and plenty of great eateries right in Insadong.
Having a WOWPASS machine right on site was a fantastic and convenient touch. The on-site coin laundry also made the stay even smoother. The room was as expected and maintained well.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would highly recommend it to friends and family!
