"Sugar Ohana is a simply hotel, very clean and has a very good location, close to Kata Street Market(3-5 minutes walking) and a 10 minutes walking from Kata Beach. I do recommend this hotel for a short trip to Phuket Island!"

Besides the very good location, the cleanliness and the unbeatable price (low season), the owner Sam is the main reason for our pleasent experience there. We have seen the resort change and improve over the years but the basic characteristics are the same: a very large resort along a beach which is almost predominantly used by hotel guests with a number of small restaurants and shops on the outside of the resort and 5 or six within the resort.
