"Hotel was nice and the staff were kind and accomodating. Food and other amenities were excellent as well. Would definitely recommend to first time travelers to Phuket. Only down side is the location. It's hard to explore nearby places by foot, because the hotel is situated atop of a hill. Nevertheless, it is easy to get by with local grab drivers and other free hotel pick-ups. Overall a great and remarkable experience."

"Overall rating: 7.7/10 ⭐ A very enjoyable family stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort. We had a lovely ocean-view room, which really added to the experience, and the check-in process was smooth, efficient and welcoming. The resort itself is spacious, green and relaxing, with excellent pool areas and a very convenient location close to Karon Beach. It has the feel of a proper full-scale resort, with plenty of space for families to unwind. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay, and the property was generally well maintained and comfortable. The only point to keep in mind is that the resort is quite large, so there can be a fair amount of walking between different areas. Overall, though, we had a very pleasant stay. Recommended for families looking for a spacious beachfront-style resort experience in Karon."

"This resort is essentially a magical containment zone for tiny, high-energy humans. Between the endless activities, the pools, and the water slides, Muay Thai class, they somehow found the secret to completely draining my kids' batteries. ​The staff here deserve a medal, a pay raise, and possibly a stiff drink. They were first-class, kind, and possessed a level of patience that is deeply impressive (and frankly, a little terrifying). Absolute legends, every single one of them. ​They made our stay so incredibly enjoyable that I had to be dragged to the taxi kicking and screaming—and for once, it was me throwing the tantrum, not the kids. Highly recommend!"
