"Everything was fine. We booked the hotel because of the location and that it had an elevator. The elevator was very small and slow, but it fit 2 of us with our luggage. We were on the top floor. The elevator did not go to that floor. We had to walk the last flight. These things did not bother us at all. If you cannot walk, make sure to get a room on a lower floor. "Staff was wonderful. Room very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast- good service and selection. The pool was a nice benefit that we used once. The front desk supplied robes and slippers to use at the pool upon request. You can tell the hotel is environmentally friendly. The lighting is moody and soft. We were provided with umbrellas to use during our tour. Well done and thank you."

"The property makes creative use of its small space in the historic area. We enjoyed our balcony view of the city from our studio. Fresh and new inside with a Roman wall in the back. Staff is wonderful and genuinely helpful. Breakfast is good too. But do not plan to drive or park there. The road is very narrow. We left our car at a nearby parking garage. Wonderful location in the walkable historic district near the river."
