"The rooms were on the small side, but clean & modern. 27th floor outdoor patio, just inside free different types of coffee. W We were in a room with a kitchen and it was well equipped, with free bottled water just down the hall. Will stay there again on next trip to NYC (we were staying near Grand Central Station with a total of 4 rooms."

"Classic case of quality over quantity! Had a quick overnight stay and while it is a compact hotel, it was cozy and everything was new, modern, and clean. Will repeat!"

"Loved our 1 N stay, check in was super easy. The staff were Amazingly nice even upgraded us to a suite which was very kind. Used the valet parking at his was our first time and didn’t want to fight for parking and once arrived I did notice a parking garage directly across the street. Room was quiet. There was a restaurant open in the morning for breakfast but did not utilize it. Looked lovely Grand central is 3 min walk it’l was about a 40 min walk to Central Park. Loved everything wpold definitely stay again "

"The staff was top notch! From the desk clerk to the security and everyone in the resturants and bars. We always felt welcomed and appreciated. The location is just off of Times Square. Far enough away from the noise but close enough to be in the heart of it. Rooms are clean and bed was comfrotable."

"Clean room, great staff, safe, off to the side from Times Square which was great. Nice that the room had a coffee maker, fridge, and nice bathroom. Elevators all worked and responded quickly. All the staff members were polite and helpful. Would recommend! Thank you NY Hard Rock "

"Excellent location but still a quiet hotel. We wished the bar on the first floor was a functioning bar! But since there was an authentic Irish bar steps away, no issues. Great old world hotel. "
