Hotels near Park View Island

"I stayed here for 3 nights. Property was very clean, each day they came to make our bed and provide us with clean towels. The staff were very friendly, greeted us every time we walked in and out. They have a bar/restaurant, I only ate breakfast twice there and it was a 10/10. Only thing that was disappointing was the pool was not open during our stay but we were just about a 5 minute walk from the amazing beach. I would definitely stay again in the future. "

"The photos online didn’t look like the hotel I felt. Our room was salmon pink color with mirrors everywhere and the glass was broken in places. Made me feel uncomfortable. The people above us you could hear their child running back and forth in their room. I called the front desk and they didn’t do anything. Lotion was great though. "

"Palm Tree Club Miami is a nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay there. Great location, easy to get to. Nice pool, fantastic view from our balcony room overlooking Biscayne Bay. Only negatives were the check-in process, which was taking ~ 8 minutes per guest and there were 7 guests in front of us. Took about an hour to get checked in, but the lobby area is nice. Restaurant was very average and expensive, and ridiculously charged a "venue fee" on top of all other charges...and there was nothing going on! Parking costs extra as well...about $45 per night."

"We love this place. This is our second stay. The pool and beach are impeccably maintained. All of the restaurants are great.we preferred the Arkadia Grill as it was the most laid back restaurant. ."

"Beach was windy (nature); but still lovely, and the Spa and massage were great! I suggest cleaning the seaweed from the waves/sand, and leveling the sand. "

"No parking available had to park far away, room was messy with bugs in the bathroom, dirt was on the bed when I first went in, coach was sticky, cups were not cleaned"
