"Lovely staff who warmly welcomed us. The pool and beach lounge accommodations were very nice and not limited at all. The beach menu was nice but sadly couldnt be ordered at the hotel itself. The breakfast is the only reason why i didnt give a 5 star review, it was quite limited and I didnt enjoy it. Only went 2 days of my stay. Its basically bread and cheese/salami/oats. There was a menu to pay extra for eggs and bacon etc. During my stay house keeping didnt visit my room."

"A very sad experience at the Hilton, it is frustrating to arrive to a place with the brand Hilton and be treated like a 2 stars hotel. Staff at reception was very unfriendly. Even the people that were friendly, have no training in hospitality. The overall experience was very poor and most likely will never come back to a place with people that don't want you to be there."

"The air conditioning was in superb condition and the staff was very friendly helpful and made you feel like you was part of the family. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and will return every time I come back to Miami. To all the team members keep up the great work."

"Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!. The rooms are small and unclean. The photo they show you is NOT the room you will get. Multiple staff members walking around smoking Marijuana pens. Ask to speak with someone from management and was given the run around. Ended up paying to stay somewhere else because the state of this hotel was so bad."

"We really appreciated the fact that, room had everything you need to cook and stuff, water pressure was great, bedding clean. Good hotel that will use in the future. "
