"Love the vibe, wish there were more restrooms in the main areas. Also wish there were more stairs on the ends of the building so walking to and from your room didn't take forever. Great food; wish the smaller restaurants took reservations. Would love to see Coke products implemented instead of Pepsi. Staff is polite, but not overly friendly."

"Room was standard. The rest of the resort was beautiful, amazing and fun! So many pools to choose from which made it not so repetitive. The staff were so helpful! I was certainly surprised with how many spoke fluent English, which helped a lot. My daughter enjoyed the kids club as well. I found it helpful to download their app to see where the entertainment was and when, as they jump from place to place. Overall, I was quite happy with our trip and I would go back again. "

"The roof top pool was clean and we enjoyed that. The pool furniture was very run down, threadbare. Our room had been cleaned half heartedly, but wasn’t very clean. bugs in corners, something smeared on the wall had been missed, Breakfast was fine, but not buffet as we thought. The location was great, across the street from the beach and good restaurants nearby. Our room was ocean facing and quiet, the late night noise of town didn’t bother us at all."

"The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"Los Picos Bucerias was awesome. We stayed on the 6th floor hotel room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed the views and amazing sunsets. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great by the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel is a short walk to Bucerias market and many excellent restaurants with great food choices."
