"We definitely thought we were getting something better than we actually got given the price we paid. Reservations for the restaurants on site were almost impossible to get. We were told when we got there that no reservations were available for the next 2 - 3 days and that typically reservations need to be made 3 days in advance which makes no sense if your not already there. So we are buffet O for the first 2 days and the food was 2/5, plus none of the food was hot given that was on burners. Our best meal at the buffet was the omelet for breakfast which we ate everyday. Also the fish tacos are pretty decent too besides the fish being saturated in grease Now onto the room. The pictures are very misleading and makes seem like the room is larger than it actually is. It felt very motelish to me especially for the price we paid. Still grateful for it but definitely not what we were expecting. Overall 3/5 but staff and the adult pool made up for it the slightest bit. Definitely better options out there even if you want to budget personally I feel like. "

"Best place, it's been the third time at the resort, no regret at all!! The staff is sooo nice! The only big problem is the number of chairs who is lacking every year for the worst... And I miss the colors soo much!! Instead of that, this is perfect "

"The bed was comfortable but the pillows need replacing. Hot water was unpredictable like most places in Mexico. No kitchen in the unit i rented but had a good fridge and some cups, bowls and silverware. Some of the people staying there were older and didn't like any noise. "

"Beautiful property nestled in the jungle with calm and zen vibes. The place is constantly being kept up so it is immaculate. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Lots of walking if that's what you want (10-14k steps in my case), but there are always golf carts ready to take you where you need to go. Food truck was really nice. Only improvement would be to the restaurant options, Salt & Thyme (international/Italian buffet) was a hit with my picky eater but it was only open the last 2 days of our 7 days there. Lastly would be lovely to have a kids corner in the gym so single parents can get a workout in. Overall we had a wonderful stay, I would recommend and would book again in a heartbeat. "

"Communication with Casa Riviera was prompt and consistent from booking to checkout. The Premium apartment was well stocked, very clean and exceeded expectations for space and comfort. The staff were very friendly and respectful of privacy."
