Room was very clean, excellent for walking to Disney and large shopping centres, got a late checkout to 5pm for a charge, staff always helpful and polite. Property has a laundry and nice outdoor swimming pool.
Location is great, 20 mins walk to and from Disney and 5 mins to shopping mall. Room was good. Only issue we had, on our last day there was no water in the entire building for the day.
Staff are very accommodating and will make sure you have a wonderful stay. Their welcome drink is very refreshing. They have a shuttle bus to/from Disneyland and is also a 15 minute walk if you choose not to wait for the shuttle. Location is also close to the shopping mall/restaurant which is very convenient.
I liked how big the room was. Love that there are shuttles to and from Disney. Very clean and good air conditioning. Hair dryer was not working, but they let us borrow one at the reception.

paid for suite with balcony and never got it. didnt bother argue with the staff and took room they gave me. room was clean and what we needed as we spent almost every day at Disney. walking distance to the park. also to mall. Overall i was satisfied with stay and would stay there again but would argue for what i paid for.
Fantastic Service and Price. The check in clerks were able to speak English and French effectively. The property is a very manageable walk to the park, AND is right next to a major shopping center with a train that goes right into Paris. If you are planning on making Disneyland part of your Paris adventure, I would heavily recommend this hotel for both Price and ease to get into the city. We did see a few silverfish during our week long stay, but that might be a bit inevitable. Overall very satisfied with our experience.
Clean room/kitchen
Staff are always happy to help
We would never stay at another hotel. I believe this was our 9th stay.

Pros Overall clean and safe although bathroom tiles on grubby side but not worth a complaint. Did not use kitchen facilities but seemed very well equipped.Biggest advantage was closeness to the parks and free shuttle to Disney which made travel very quick. Bakery and restaurants very close by.Would stay again for this reason.
Cons; apartment was tired, particularly in the bathroom area. Mirror and surround needs replacing. Hotel had run out of towels so I was given tow hand towels. They were not able to provide a replacement. No light above or by the side of the bed which made it dark. This was a late booking so expectations were met.

The hotel is in a great location. The pool is lovely. Staff were helpful.
The room was only cleanish. Bedding and everything was clean, but a lot of dust and missed bits. The drains were clogged. The worst thing was no room service. Even with a a kitchenette, in a hotel I expect them to clean. This is likely why things had slipped.

Great location - 17 minutes walk to Disneyland entrance and 2 minutes walk to an absolutely huge mall! The mall not only has clothes stores etc. but a big grocery store.
Nice and modern room and bathroom.
Negatives - they have rooms with interconnecting doors, and the kids next door kept trying to open the door to our room!
Biggest negative-tv- they’ve locked it down so you can’t cast to it, plug in cables or log in to streaming apps, so only tv in English is a few 24 hour news channels. Terrible.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is in a great location to Disney Paris and shopping. The room was very well kept. The pricing was very reasonable. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
Overall, the stay was perfect for what we needed as a family, and we WILL be staying here again.
The property is in a prime location with an easy 15 minute walk to the Disney Parks, and a 5 minute walk to the local shopping centre, which has everything you could possibly need.
My only grumbles are that the hairdryer wasn't working (a minor inconvenience), and there was a collection of dust, dirt, and rubbish left by previous guests underneath the sofa bed. Other than that, the rest of our apartment, along with all the utensils and cooking equipment, was perfectly clean.
We didn't really stay in the hotel other than for sleeping, so we cannot comment on the pool and other facilities. However, all the staff were very friendly and helped us out efficiently when our key stopped working due to a software upgrade.
As mentioned at the start, we are happy overall with the value for money, and we will definitely be returning!
The location of this hotel is great, 15-20 minute walk to Disney and across the road from Val d’Europe. The rooms are basic but clean and the kitchenette is very handy. You can get free coffee in the lobby, which is a nice touch.
Clean place, great location. Great staff. Will definitely come back. Actually we stayed a couple days on Disney property as well but wish we had stayed here the whole time. Bigger rooms, laundry room on grounds and a free shuttle to Disney. Nice pool! Free coffee with sugar cubes 😋also has air conditioning which one Disney hotel does not.
Our room had a good view from which we could see the Frozen mountain and Disney hot air balloon. We chose to walk to the park each time and it took around 20 minutes on a well lit route. Staff were helpful and pleasant, speaking English well. Breakfast was adequate and a pleasant ambience, though McDonald's might have offered more "bang for your buck" in terms of what the cost hit you. Five negatives stick out to me - the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close, the lift refused to take us up on two occasions (and the stairwell door was locked?!), if we'd known we would have brought our own tea bags and coffee to make use of the kettle, the plug in the bathroom sink didn't seal and just before we were leaving a shelf in the bedroom fell out of the wardrobe and bruised my daughter's foot. That all said, I would recommend and would stay again if visiting Disneyland again.
