"Everything was great lots of charm and perfect location. Did have an issue with room temperature for th first night as someone set the central thermostat (not located in the room) to 17 deg c but we got it resolved the next morning. Completely self check in and out with codes and cameras involved so that was really good as well. "

"I can't recall ever getting such soft, great smelling towels in a hotel - and I've stayed in a lot. Everything else - clean room, comfortable bed, TV that you can actually watch instead of flipping channels ad infinitum, all good, but those towels deserve a special mention"
