"The staff was so helpful, valet was convenient and quick, the rooms were nice, and the hotel is in a good area. The bidet was different but not sure if staff clean the actual bidet itself bc it makes the bathroom smell like pee, a little bit. The amenities- gym, pool, hot tub are nice but pool and hot tub definitely need to be cleaned. Overall we enjoyed our stay, our room, the staff, and hotel and would definitely go back again or recommend it to others! The smell or the pool didn't really...

"Paid upfront through Expedia, got charged a total of 7 times. Had to contact the hotel 4 times and still have not received my refund. After contacting Expedia they too refused to give me my original payment back after having my card locked from the charges and the hotel not helping me. Not only that but received horrible customer service at check in. I was told by Expedia that I should contact my bank for fraud against the hotel. Do not book through Expedia or the hotel if you want to pay twice...
