"Breathless resort was amazing! Beautiful property, lots of restaurants to choose from. There was not a long wait at any place we ate at. Our concierge point of contact Joel was amazing! We loved him and he made our stay even more special and wonderful. He was always available if we needed him and always said hello to us when he saw us. If we get to come back, we will stay here again and we would only want Joel!"

"La propiedad muy bonita y limpia. Muy hermoso todo el concepto y la atención espectacular . Servicio al cliente excelente de Drislin, Eliezer, Daniel, Mario y Nelsida. No me gustó que hay varias cosas que las tienes que pagar aparte si quieres utilizarlas porque no están incluidas. Lo que no me gustó es la insistencia en coger la orientación de los paquetes vacacionales. Accedí para no ser descortés y porque me indicaron que era solo 1 hr y 15 minutos y se extendió por 4 hrs. Para colmo te dicen que si al final de la orientación es un NO Quiero no pasa nada pero no fue así porque no sabía ya de que manera decirle NOOOOOOO y seguían insistiendo. Tienen que entender que uno va de vacaciones con la familia y uno ya pago por eso y me quitaron de mi tiempo para al final no lograr ellos la respuesta de mi parte que querían osea nada. Y conste desde el principio le dijes que NO me interesaba comprar nada. Cuando yo quiera viajar busco, organizo y compro mis vacaciones con quien yo quiera que sea costo efectivo porque no voy a comprar para luego porque el futuro es incierto. Solamente eso me irritó y me disgustó demasiado porque por lo demás todo estuvo excelente."

"The rooms are decent manager is amazing some of the staff are awesome but I suggest either learning some Spanish or bringing someone who is fluent with you aside from that as soon as you get checked in i suggest going straight to guest services to make your dinner reservations the Japanese and dominican food was AMAZING"
