"Hotel stay was great, bigger than average room and bathroom which for a city hotel is unusual. Staff were very friendly and helpful in particular the concierge was outstanding. The only negative was upon check-in the reception computer crashed just as payment was made so had to make 2nd payment which although was assured only one payment would be taken, in fact two payments were taken. Hotel has agreed to refund the second amount which I am still waiting to receive."

"Firstly, staff made us really welcome and were great throughout our stay..our room was clean and spacious with a great view..i was worried that beds may be uncomfortable based on previous reviews however all good no issues. We had evening meal and breakfast both were amazing.."

"No lift. But the lady at the front desk with dark hair and bangs was absolutely delightful. As a woman traveling alone she made sure to let me know if I needed anything to reach out, didn’t say my room number out loud in case someone could over hear, and made sure to put me on second level. "

"Lovely accommodation set In beautiful gardens. Surrounded by a golf course with wild sheep roaming. Couldn’t ask for a better well equipped accommodation. Easy access to the A55 to explore north wales. The owner is very friendly and obliging without being to obtrusive. Without a doubt I would book to come and stay here again. 10 out of 10. "

"Veldig bra hotell. Rolig rom og god standard. Trygt og fint med kaffebar/bevertning i resepsjonen. Utrolig god Service av de som jobber der! Nært til alt! Skulle ønske man kunne åpne vindu for litt luft. Men bra luftkvalitet på rommet og god ventilasjon. Eneste som trekker ned er putene. Ikke en favoritt . Men kommer gjerne tilbake. Veldig bra hotell for value for money! :)"
