"Good hotel for our short 2 night stay visiting relatives in the area. The management were very helpful and provided anything we asked for. We didn’t have dinner there so can’t comment on that aspect, but breakfast was first class and cooked freshly to order."

"We were greeted at reception by very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms were adequate size for twin beds. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was very well laid out & lots of choice for cold and hot dishes. All the food and juices were fresh and very tasty. The staff were very efficent at providing any extras and there was lots of space. It allowed for a very leisurely relaxed atmosphere. The air conditioning was very good and we could also open the window...

Located right in the middle of Liverpool One we were steps to dining, transportation, grocery stores, bars, shopping, the Albert Docks etc. We had a room at the edge of the building with views in two directions, we could see the whole city with windows that opened for a fresh cross breeze.
