"I would not recommend this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the experience was disappointing. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming. There was no assistance with our luggage, and no one helped direct us to our room.
The resort also did not feel family-friendly. There were very few activities for children, and throughout our stay there were no organized events or entertainment taking place.
The food and drinks were below average and did not meet our expectations. Another downside...
