"Affordable luxury when looking for an all inclusive resort in Cancun. Staff is very attentive and friendly, the pool is nice and cool to chill from the sun and the amenities are in line with a 4 star hotel. "Comfortable bed. Smart TV. Service was outstanding from coffee in the morning at the restaurant and asking for extras from housekeeping. Every employee we encountered was friendly and greeted us with a smile. Check in was quick and we were escorted to the room. Highly recommend the ocean view which was just "WOW". AC worked well and we even had a ceiling fan. LOCATION is THE BEST for the price! I highly recommend this hotel."
