"Absolutely fabulous Hotel was so clean, comfortable and with lovely special touches in the room plus aircon. I stayed here for four nights for Isle of Wight festival and it was so convenient but such a lovely place to stay I hope to come back again and couldn’t recommend enough 5 stars x"

"Everything very smooth. Polite friendly staff. Room lovely, excellent pillows. Everything u need in a room. Ironing board, iron, fridge even a dyson air blower. Plus the usual everyday requirements. The convenience of having a restaurant all in one was great after a long journey. Breakfast very tasty and served on piping hot plates always a plus in my book. Would find it hard to deduct any marks from this venue. Definitely would recommended. "

"Outstanding quality as soon as we arrived. The staff throughout our stay were welcoming and helpful, they really made the place feel special. Everything was exemplary in the room, especially the bed linen and toiletries. We can’t wait to stay again."

"Its comfortable ,clean and everything works :) There are several dining options too, the pub, the hotel bar and the hotel restaurant, that is if you don't want to walk around the corner to the Whiteley Shopping Centre"

"Friendly and helpful receptionist. Very professional approach by not shouting out the room number but just giving the key cards - excellent. Dinner was also excellent with good service. Room very comfortable. Not much of a view but no complaints."

"Very nice property, well cared for and nice people. Only downside is there are no stairs to the rooms which are on a narrow staircase. We did fine but others may have difficulty. We really liked this place."

"A great place if you wana drive down the night before your cruise as its close to the terminal! Nice freindly staff, food exellent! The room was basic but clean as was the bathroom. We where in a downstairs room so we had noisy upstairs occupants so when they walked across the room you could hear the footsteps and floorboards creaking! Fire alarm went off in the early hours but that cant be helped! Not a bad stay and i would stay there again. Highly recommend the fish&chips👌"

"Hotel was excellent. Clean, great beds very modern and well furnished. Only downside was that our rooms had a main road at he side which had a bit of noise. Don't let this be an issue though. Still great"

"Everyone at this hotel is so nice and welcoming. Everyone always had a smile and were willing to help in any way. The hotel and gardens are breathtaking. It’s absolutely beautiful and a very different experience. The food was delicious and the drinks were spot on. They had entertainment and honestly we loved our stay. The one and only thing I would ask for is AC in the room and even then I still give them a 5 star. I would love to come back. "
